Of course, when they happen away from the glitz and glamour of the big leagues, they do not always get captured on camera. Here though, is one of those rare video from the Danish second division football (seems like something captured by a spectator), where you get to see one of the most thrilling equalizers ever!
The goalkeeper of Denmark’s second division east side Frem, Jakob Kohler went ahead to try help his team (which was 1-0 down) at the final corner of the match. And while an overhead bicycle kick that ends up into the net might be a bit more common coming from a world class forward, it was Kohler who stole the show and one point for his side, as the match ended 1-1.
Jakob Kohler, a name we might see in the bigger leagues one day.
