We supply businesses, football clubs, local authorities, universities, schools and colleges from across the UK making us a specialist team supplier, where large organisations can benefit from our low prices.
 

Because of the low profit margin on the products we sell, we are unable to, like a retailer that sells product at full RRP offer reduced/subsidised delivery costs. The nature of the highly discounted business model means the costs of insurance, delivery and packaging cannot be subsidised by “profit” in our product pricing. These costs are in place to ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers due to the administration, handling, picking and packing of orders. We then also use a secure, tracked courier increasing order reliability. We are not able to change our delivery costs for individual orders as each and every order is put through the same handling and administration processes. If we were to lower our delivery costs for individual orders, this could actually then have a detrimental effect on the level of discount we can provide on our products, and as the majority of our products are ordered in bulk by teams etc, this would then actually result in the customer paying more for their order.

From time to time we offer special promotional codes for promotions such as Free Delivery, these are not offered all year round and tend to be on a seasonal basis and/or around the launch of new products or marketing initiatives. To keep up to date with our special offers, we would always advise registering on our email newsletter, which is located in the footer on our homepage.

We do understand that our delivery charges may be prohibitive when looking to place a small value order for a few products and we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
