www.discountfootballkits.com is a discount UK supplier to Businesses, Football Clubs, Local Authorities, Universities, HM Forces, Schools and Colleges. All orders placed with our company are accepted on the basis that you are a business customer. We never recommend garment sizes to customers, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not the same size. As a result, we as a Company always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase, especially on children’s adidas sizes as adidas garments can vary greatly in size based on the fit of the garment.
You must complete the below form within 7 days of receiving goods to entitle you for free returns. If the below form is not completed within this time period then you would be subject to a restock and administration charge, which is calculated as a minimum of 15% of the total value of the returned goods. Acceptance of returns, where the form has been completed after the 7 day period are at the discretion of the company.
No returns will be accepted for return after 14 days of you receiving goods.
Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all base layer shorts/bottoms due to them being an under wear product. We are also unable to accept any personalised goods or clearance items for return.
Discontinued items may not be accepted for return and are at the discretion of the company. If such items are accepted for return, they may be subject to an additional restock and administration charge.

If you are requesting to exchange your items for a new size/colour/style, please visit our website and save a quotation for the new items required. Once you have selected exchange below, you will be asked to enter your new quote number so we can link this to your return and one of our customer service team will then be in touch to advise on next steps.
Please note that this form is not acceptance of your return/exchange.
Once you submit this form you shall receive an email from one of our customer service representatives within 5 working days with confirmation of whether your request has been accepted.
If accepted you shall be provided with a returns authorisation number and the procedure for the returns.
Goods cannot be returned without a returns authorisation number and failure to comply with this policy will result in your return being refused and any costs will be your sole responsibility.
Once accepted for return, you must then ensure goods are back with us within 7 working days of you receiving the authorisation number. Any items that are received after this time period will be refused and you shall be subject to the delivery charge to have the items sent back out to yourself.
All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 working days of receiving our return authorisation number. If items are returned with no tags or bags a charge of 50% or £5, depending on the greater value, shall be applied.
The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back. Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where Discount Football Kits have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty Discount Football Kits shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £7.50. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact Discount Football Kits directly before sending items back.
Refunds for return of products is at the company's discretion. Where a customer requests an exhange for a non faulty item then the cost of shipping the replacement items must be paid for by the customer, as per our standard delivery prices which can be found on the website.
In regards to faulty items, we as a company reserve the right to refund for a faulty item rather than replacing it. This is dependent on the item and will be discussed further by one of our customer service representatives upon completion of the above form.
