Please note the below are advisory lead times. However, we do hold a vast amount of stock within our own warehouse and thus we may be able to complete orders ahead of these dates, or alternatively we may be able to advise on alternative sizes/colours/styles that are available here for a quicker dispatch time. Personalised Orders containing adidas, Nike, Prostar & Stanno items:
The final order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on any personalised order is Friday 30th October 2020 subject to stock availability at our suppliers. Whilst it is highly likely that many personalised orders after this date will be delivered pre-Christmas we are unable to provide a guarantee. An optional additional payment for express delivery may be available for customers that require pre-Christmas delivery where the order has been placed after Thursday 5th November. You will need to contact our customer service department by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org who will confirm whether this is possible once your order has been placed.
Non Personalised Orders containing adidas, Nike, Prostar & Stanno items:
The final order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on any non-personalised order is Friday 20th November 2020 subject to stock availability at our suppliers. Stock availability will be confirmed within 72 hours of your order being placed where you will be advised if any item is out of stock at our suppliers.
The final order date for guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on Football Trophies is Friday 20th November 2020.
Footballs, Nets, Unbranded Accessories, Goalkeeper Gloves, & Clearance Items (Non Personalised):
The final order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on Footballs, Unbranded Accessories & Clearance Items (Non Personalised) is Friday 4th December 2020 subject to stock availability. Stock availability will be confirmed within 72 hours of your order being placed where you will be advised if any item is out of stock.
The final order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on Samba Goals is Tuesday 8th December 2020.
All orders require a signature; our courier will make three attempts to deliver your goods. If you are not available to sign for the order and the goods are returned to us, you will be recharged for another delivery and any costs from the delivery company associated with the return of your parcel.
Please note that on the day of delivery you will receive an email from our courier to inform you of the hour time-slot of when the delivery will be made.
The company charges for all deliveries.
Discount Football Kits are a discount supplier of team wear and related products. We sell in bulk volumes to clubs, schools, universities, businesses etc. and therefore are unable to subsidise our delivery charges due to the large discounts applied to the products we sell.
Online orders only: £9.95 inc vat to a UK Mainland address
For all customers with a delivery address outside the UK mainland, there will be a different shipping cost to your address. Below is a list of locations that are subject to this price difference:

The delivery charge paid at time of order is for one delivery once all items are ready to ship. We do not ship part orders as standard; however, this is possible but is subject to a small split delivery surcharge.
Estimated Lead Times:
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing slight delays on orders due to logistical challenges with the transportation of stock, social distancing within the workplace, and staff needing to isolate. We will always endeavour to complete and ship orders ahead of our estimated lead times, but please allow for the below:

Teamwear & Equipment: Dispatched within 7 – 15 working days
Teamwear & Equipment with Personalisation: Dispatched within 5-6 weeks

Delays on orders may occur from time to time, which are out of our control. We accept no responsibility for any delays that occur by carrier. We will not be liable for compensation for any reason whatsoever.
We will always endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and deliver most orders prior to the above guidelines, however, if you have a required date for your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether the desired date can be met.
We do have the ability to offer an express service for those orders that are required to a deadline; this is subject to stock availability and is subject to a small surcharge. Please send an email to email@example.com once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether this can be met.

Delivery of Orders
Please note that once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or because no one was available to sign for the parcel, we will need to receive a further payment of our standard rate of delivery at the time of the original order. Please note that if you have used a promotional code and received free delivery, then our standard delivery charge will need to be received before we will resend your order.
Once an order is placed with us, the contract we hold with you as the customer is to deliver goods to your address as submitted at the time of order. If you then make any changes with our courier once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from such changes and we will not be liable for compensation whatsoever. These changes include, but are not limited to, requesting for goods to be left with a neighbour, a change in delivery date, or agreeing for goods to be left in a safe place without a signature.
Collection of Orders
We are unable to offer a collection facility for any order placed over the telephone or via the website, and all orders will be dispatched using our insured and tracked courier. For a list of our estimated shipping lead times and prices please see the above sections.
www.discountfootballkits.com is a discount UK supplier to businesses, football clubs, local authorities, universities, HM Forces, schools and colleges. All orders placed with our company are accepted on the basis that you are a business customer. We never recommend garment sizes to customers. Some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not necessarily the same size. As a result, we always advise ordering samples prior to ordering a team purchase, especially on children's adidas sizes as different adidas garments can vary greatly in size.
You must complete the returns form on our website within 7 days of receiving goods to entitle you for free returns. If the form is not completed within this time period then you would be subject to an administration charge, which is calculated as a minimum of £5 or 15% of the total value of the returned goods. Acceptance of returns where the form has been completed after the 7 day period is at the discretion of the company.
No returns will be accepted for return after 14 days of you receiving goods.
Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all base layer shorts/bottoms due to them being an underwear product. We are also unable to accept any personalised goods or clearance/discontinued items for return.
Please note that the return form is not acceptance of your return/exchange.
Once you submit this form you shall receive an email from one of our customer service representatives within 5 working days with confirmation of whether your request has been accepted. If accepted you shall be provided with a returns authorisation number and the procedure for the returns.
Goods cannot be returned without a returns authorisation number and failure to comply with this policy will result in your return being refused, while any costs will be your sole responsibility.
All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged, in the original packaging and received by us within 7 working days of notification of our return authorisation number. If items are returned with no tags or bags, a charge of 50% or £5, depending on the greater value, shall be applied.
The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back. Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). If Discount Football Kits have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty, Discount Football Kits shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of £7.50. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact Discount Football Kits directly before sending items back.
When requesting an exchange, customers are responsible for any costs related to the return of items, along with the subsequent delivery charge to have the replacement(s) dispatched.
In regards to faulty items, we as a company reserve the right to refund for a faulty item rather than replace it. This is dependent on the item and will be discussed further by one of our customer service representatives upon completion of the returns form. If the alternative decision is made and we do provide customers with replacements, we shall not be liable for any costs related to embellishment carried out by another company whatsoever.
Please note that incorrect application or use of machinery and materials during the embellishment process can cause faults to develop with the garments, therefore we reserve the right to reject any garment fault where we believe the fault has potentially been caused by an embellishment process not carried out by us.
What Defines a Sample Order:
Only orders which meet the below points will be accepted to be a sample order:
1. The sample order contains no more than 1 of each colour/size garment.
2. The sample order contains no more than 3 styles of garment.
Terms and Conditions for the Return, Exchange or Refund of a Sample Order:
All samples supplied by discountfootballkits.com are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges) provided the following is strictly adhered to;
1. Our online returns form is completed within 7 days. The returns form can be found here https://www.discountfootballkits.com/returns
2. Once accepted for return, samples are returned within 5 working days.
3. All samples are returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging complete. If tags have been removed or packaging damaged then an administration charge to rectify this may apply, or in the worst case scenario, result in the rejection of your return.
4. All samples are returned in a saleable condition.
Any returned sample items that do not adhere to the above strict re saleable guidelines, will result in your return being rejected and no refund will be issued. If you require the goods to be returned to you, you will be liable to pay for administration and return delivery charges. These will be communicated to you based on the individual situation and quantity of goods.
