Covid 19 May Update

Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

As you are aware, we closed all business operations on the 23rd March, with continued support & demand from our customers, plus following an in-depth risk assessment, have updated company policies, processes in line with Government advice & our own unique circumstances, to protect our employees whilst servicing our customers with their needs.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers, during the period in which we closed our business operations. The warmth and positive feedback received, was greatly appreciated along with the many customers who continued to order, even knowing of the delay to their order.

We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritising the well-being of both our staff and customers, as this is of utmost importance to us. Where possible, we are working from home, while our warehouse & production team are currently operating on a skeleton team following strict safety protocols that are implemented to protect their well-being. These precautions may result in a slightly longer dispatch & embellishment times than the estimated lead times found on our website, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders are with you as soon as possible.

We recommend monitoring your local delivery services for up-to-date information on deliveries in your local area, as these vary from region to region. Please feel free to reach out to us by email only anytime if there are any concerns about any order in transit.

Q: 'Is my order still coming?'
There may be a slight delay with your order, but rest assured it is on its way to you. Should there be any issues with stock on your order, one of our customer service representatives will be in touch directly with you.

 

Q: 'What extra precautions are in place at the warehouse?'
It has been determined that the likelihood of being exposed to Covid-19 through shipped items is very low. We are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with the guidelines set by the CDC and WHO.

  • We have introduced social distancing measures and reduced staffing levels.
  • We've increased our scheduled cleanings
  • We are also utilising PPE where required.


Q: 'Non-contact postage'
Some local delivery services are opting to use 'non-contact delivery' - a method that involves the postal worker knocking your door and leaving the parcel on your doorstep instead of handing it to you directly, to avoid direct human contact.
