These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering The Signed Boot Competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter: Vesey UK Limited, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham. B24 9QR.
2. This promotion is open to all UK Mainland residents (England, Scotland and Wales) aged over 16 years (“Participants”).
3. Promotional Period: The promotion is open between 10.09.2019 to 30.09.2019 23:59:59.
4. Entry Instructions: Participants are required to enter their name and an up to date email address. Employees of the Promoter, along with their family and friends cannot enter the competition. Participants can only enter this competition between 10.09.2019 to 30.09.2019 23:59:59, using your legal name and email address. The competition is only valid for participants with a UK Mainland address. The Winner of the prize will be announced by the 07.10.19 but subject to approval verification. Entries received after the End Date 30.09.2019 23:59:59 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
5. Prize Fund: The Prize is a Nike Football Boot signed by England and Manchester United players Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard. Prizes must be claimed by 31.12.2019. All prizes are subject to availability and are subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter; a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
6. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be drawn randomly; if the winner does not meet the required criteria, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Winner Notification: Entrants will be notified by the 14.10.2019. The winner will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email.
8. General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter reserves the right to end the competition early, cancel the competition, or modify the terms at any time.
9. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use the winners name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
10. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
