4m speed agility ladder and carry bag. Perfect for any age from club Mini’s and school teams, to the local Pub Vets team. Easy to store and lightweight to carry down the park. Agility ladders are a great piece of kit for speed training drills and developing faster stride rates and frequencies.

Suitable for use on indoor and astro surfaces where a set of hurdles will scratch or damage the flooring. They roll up and clip together, making them fast to set up and easy to take with you to training sessions in the park, village green or a local hard standing.

Practice single steps, double steps and triple steps as well as side stepping, cross over side stepping, hopping and double leg jumping for super-fast warming up that builds fitness and endurance in the team, but possibly not love for the Coach though!
