Whether you want to improve your player’s speed, agility or jumping ability our hurdles are vital for this process. There are a wide range of drills that can be carried out using hurdles with or without a ball.
Whilst the most common drill includes forming a line of hurdles used for quick feet or jumping drills, more and more teams are now using hurdles to develop lateral speed incorporating passing into the exercise at each end of the hurdles. We have three different sizes and colours available to differentiate and progress training programmes; 6inch in blue, 9inch in red and 12 inch in yellow. Hurdles can be brought singularly however we do also sell various training packs that come complete with a carry bag. So whether you want a pack of 12 hurdles all in one size or you want a pack with varying sizes, we have both options covered.
