Players: 12 players + 2 Goalkeepers

What you’ll need: Cones, balls, bibs and 2 goals.

Exercise description:

  1. Red team play the ball to blue team and then they will go to press.
  2. Blue team can play together or they can pass to the pivots and attack.
  3. The aim is to score a goal. When one team score, coach stop the exercise and change the teams.

Improvements:

  • Fighting for possession.
  • Turning quickly with the ball to the goal.
  • Shooting quickly.
  • Win the back of the defences.

Try to avoid:

  • Passive defence.
  • Weak shoot.
  • Expecting the opponent to win the ball.
