Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering the 1IN20 promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

2.      Eligibility: This promotion is open to all UK Mainland residents (England, Scotland and Wales) aged over 16 years (“Participants”).
3.      Promotional Period: The promotion is open for qualifying purchases made between 26.06.2023 to 24.07.2023 23:59:59.
4.      Entry Instructions: Participants are required to purchase a minimum of 10 x Nike Jerseys, 10 x Nike Shorts and 10 x Nike Socks (excluding clearance products and training wear) from DiscountFootballKits.com online during the promotional period. Participants are required to submit the promo code between 26.06.2023 to 24.07.2023 23:59:59 on the checkout page at the time of purchase, using your legal name, home address, and telephone number. ‘1IN20’ Promotion is only valid for orders placed from a UK Mainland address. The winner will be announced by 11.08.2023 but are subject to proof of purchase and approval verification. Upon using the promo code ‘1IN20’, customers will receive Free Delivery for that order with a minimum spend of £99 delivered to a UK Mainland address. Claims are not valid in respect of products that are returned and for which the participant receives a full refund, in which case we will be entitled to disqualify a winner and/or claim back any prize money issued. Entries received after the End Date 24.07.2023 23:59:59. will not be accepted by the Promoter.
5.      Prize Fund: The Prize awarded to verified winners is a voucher equal in value to the Participants order value excluding any personalisation or delivery cost. The Prize will be valid until October 31st 2023.
6.      Winner Selection: A maximum of 10 winners will be drawn randomly; any winner drawn, that does not meet the criteria will be disqualified and redrawn.
7.      Winner Notification: Entrants will be notified by 11.08.2023. All verified winners will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call. We reserve the right to request to see your original receipt.
8.      General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification
9.      Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
10.    1IN20’ promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and cannot be added to orders already processed
11.    The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
