Delivery Charges
The company charges for all deliveries. All orders require a signature; the courier will make three attempts to deliver your goods. If you are not available to sign for the order and the goods are returned to us, you will be recharged for another delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Online orders only: Order value up to £25.00 = shipping cost £5.95 inc vat to a UK mainland address
Order value up to £50.00 = shipping cost £7.95 inc vat to a UK mainland address
Order value up to £250.00 = shipping costs £9.95 inc vat to a UK mainland address
Order value up to £500.00 = shipping address £14.95 inc vat to a UK mainland address
Order value up to £750.00 = shipping address £19.95 inc vat to a UK mainland address
Order value up to £1,000.00 = shipping address £24.95 inc vat to a uk mainland address
Order value up to £2,000.00 = shipping address £34.95 inc vat to a uk mainland address
Order value up to £3,000.00 = shipping address £44.95 inc vat to a uk mainland address
Order value over £3,000.01 = shipping address £54.95 inc vat to a uk mainland address
All customers with a delivery address outside of the UK mainland, please telephone us for shipping costs to your address.
Please note all footballs are sent un-inflated for shipping purposes.

Training Accessories: Dispatched within 1 working day
Branded Teamwear & Equipment: Dispatched within 5 - 10 working days
Branded Teamwear & Equipment with Printing: Dispatched within 7 - 12 working days
Branded Teamwear & Equipment with Printing & Embroidery: Dispatched within 10 - 15 working days
Please note the above are guidelines only and subject to stock availability and delivery from our suppliers, if there are any stock issues with any items placed on your order you will be contacted within 72 hours.
We will always endeavor to deliver your kit as quickly as possible and deliver most orders prior to the above guidelines, however if you have a required date for your order please send us an email to
info@discountfootballkits.com once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether this can be met.
We do have the ability to offer express service for those orders that are required to a deadline, this is subject to stock availability and is subject to a small surcharge.
The delivery charge paid at time of order is for one delivery once all items are ready to ship, we do not ship part orders as standard, however this is possible but is subject to a small split delivery surcharge.
Please note that once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel. If your order is then returned to us by the courier due to either an inccorect address supplied or that no one was available to sign for the parcel then we will need to receive a further payment for the same amount of paid delivery at time of the original order. Please note that if you have used a promotional code and received free delivery, then a charge will need to be taken before we will resend your order.

Customer Returns
www.discountfootballkits.com a discount UK supplier to Businesses, Football Clubs, Local Authorities, Universities, HM Forces, Schools and Colleges. All orders placed with our company are accepted on the basis that you are business customer. We accept that if you don’t provide a company name that you are a sole trader and we supply you solely on a business to business relationship basis. We never recommend garment sizes to customers, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not the same size. We are a specialist discount supplier and as such have to charge for all returns and cancellations to cover our administration charges. We are unable to accept any personalised goods for return. We are also unable to accept any return of any Prostar football shirt which has been altered to a short sleeved variant, this is a customer special order and not a standard stock item.
You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will confirm to you if we are able to accept a return based on our returns policy. If we agree to the return, we will issue a return authorisation number and the procedure for the returns. Failure to comply with our returns policy will result in your return been refused and any costs will be your sole responsibility.
Please note there is a strict no returns policy on all base layer garments due to them being an under wear product.

Incorrectly Ordered Garments/Sizes/Colours/Quantities
We are an internet based company and all orders should be confirmed in writing. Any orders placed by telephone are entirely at the customer’s risk. We rely on the customer to order the correct Garments, Sizes, Colours and Quantities.
If www.discountfootballkits.com supplied your order correctly, we will not accept any costs incurred in exchanging products. All costs, including a restocking charge and delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. www.discountfootballkits.com should be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of any items you would like to return. We will not accept any liability after this time.
All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 working days of receiving our return authorisation number. The customer must advise in writing where they would like to return goods, this must be done within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Cancellation of Orders.
When you have placed your order with www.discountfootballkits.com and then subsequently decide you wish to cancel the order, provided we have not personalised your order, you are able to cancel but you will be liable for a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers our administration costs and print preparation charges. If the order has been despatched, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. You will need to confirm in writing that you wish to cancel you order, this needs to be done in writing either by Post, Fax or email. We will not accept cancellation of your until such time as we receive confirmation in writing.

Clearance Items.
The company operates a strict “No Returns Policy” on clearance goods.
Returns Costs.
Where you have confirmed in writing and we have agreed to accept a return, you the customer will be liable for all costs incurred in returning the items to us and accept that you are liable for all administration and restocking costs involved. The costs will vary based on brand and items agreed for return and this will be confirmed to you when we confirm your returns authorisation number.
